Please read this before writing. Gut Compass Reviews is a review publication, not the seller. We cannot answer questions about your order, a refund, a subscription or your health. The sections below tell you where to go instead — it will be faster than writing to us.
How to reach us
We are reachable by email only. One address reaches the Gut Compass Editorial Team, and a person reads everything that arrives.

- Corrections — a price that changed, a refund page that was rewritten, a label that was reformulated, or something we simply got wrong.
- Press and permissions — quoting our findings or asking about republication.
- Brand and legal notices — a manufacturer disputing a factual point on one of our pages.
If you need help with an order
We do not take payments, cannot see your order and cannot issue a refund or cancel a subscription. Only the seller that charged your card can do that.
- Check your order confirmation email. It contains the seller's support contact and your order number.
- Check your bank statement. The charge names the company that processed the payment, which is the one to contact.
- Keep the confirmation email. Most refund windows require the order number, and some sellers require a return authorization before you send anything back.
The refund terms for each product we cover, including the guarantee window, are described in that product's review.
If you have a question about a supplement
We cannot answer it, and it would be wrong to try. Whether a product is appropriate for you depends on your health, your medications and your medical history. Ask your doctor or pharmacist. For questions about how a product is made or what it contains beyond the published label, the manufacturer is the only party who can answer.
Manufacturers and brands
You are welcome to write with a factual correction, and we will verify it like any other — against your own public label, order page or refund terms. We do not accept payment for coverage, a score, a placement or a link, and we do not send reviews for approval before publication.
